Barbados win toss in Final

PROVIDENCE, Guyana -– Barbados won the toss and chose to bat in the Final of the WICB Limited Overs competition against Trinidad & Tobago on Sunday at the Guyana National Stadium.

Barbados made one change with Corey Collymore replacing Dwayne Yearwood, while Trinidad and Tobago have brought in William Perkins and Amit Jaggernauth for Gibran Mohammed and Rishi Bachan.

Trinidad and Tobago defeated last year’s champions Jamaica in the first semi-final on Friday, and Barbados handily defeated the Leeward Isands by 168 runs in the second semi-final on Saturday.

Trinidad and Tobago are seeking their ninth regional One-day title, and Barbados are eyeing their sixth.
