Windies win toss & bat
GROS ISLET, St Lucia, CMC – West Indies won the toss and chose to bat in the opening Digicel OneDay International of the five-match Digicel series against Pakistan at the Beausejour Cricket Stadium.
A young Windies side won the Digicel Twenty20 on Thursday. Livewire all rounder Dwayne Bravo returns to action after recovering from injury while Devon Smith, Kirk Edwards and Carlton Baugh who did not participate in the Digicel T20 are back in action.
The Windies left out Ravi Rampaul and Anthony Martin as Kemar Roach leads the pace attack with Andre Russell and medium pace support from Bravo and captain Darren Sammy.
The impressive leg spinner Devendra Bishoo will handle the spin requirements.
