Windies win toss, bat first

Port-of-Spain, Trinidad, CMC – West Indies won the toss and chose to bat in the first Digicel Pearls One-Day International of the five-match series against India at Queen’s Park Oval on Monday. West Indies left out allrounder Kieron Pollard and Andre Russell from the 13-man squad. India brought in leg-spinner Amit Mishra to replace off-spinner R Ashwin from the team which won the Digicel Pearls T20 on Saturday.
