Dominica survive scare to win

KINGSTOWN, St. Vincent – Dominica rewarded more impressive bowling from the Dupigny brothers, Daneal and Kerwin, with a nail-biting, one-wicket victory over St. Vincent & the Grenadines in the Windward Islands Under-15 Tournament on Tuesday here.

PM Skerrit pledges to assist DCA

St John’s, Antigua – Prime Minister of Dominica, The Honourable Roosevelt Skerrit has pledged his government’s support to the Dominica Cricket Association in establishing a cricket academy in Dominica. He also said that his government will pledge scholarships for the members of the academy to the high schools and the Dominica State College.
