Bridgetown, Barbados, CMC – Trinidad and Tobago held the stronger hand but Guyana kept their fortunes afloat on the second day of their WICB Regional Under-19 three-day Championship match on Tuesday.
Already comfortably placed at 313 for five on resumption, T&T extended their first innings by a further 11.1 overs, adding 62 runs for the loss two wickets before declaring 35 minutes ahead of lunch on 375 for seven.
Guyana have so far replied with 180 for four and enter Wednesday’s final day still 195 runs behind on first innings.
