KINGSTOWN, St. Vincent – Dwayne Bravo was the most successful bowler, as West Indies made a bright start to the Digicel 2012 Series against Australia on Friday.

KINGSTOWN, St. Vincent – Australia, choosing to bat, reached 204 for eight from their allocation of 50 overs against West Indies in the first Digicel One-day International at the Arnos Vale Cricket Ground.

Charles debuts, Aussies bat first

KINGSTOWN, St. Vincent – Australia won the toss and chose to bat against West Indies in the first Digicel One-day International on Friday at the Arnos Vale Cricket Ground.

Opening batsman Johnson Charles was handed his first West Indies ODI cap, making him the second St Lucian to play in a One-Day International. Australia had one debutant in George Bailey, the middle-order batsman.

Nevill to replace Haddin

Kingstown, St Vincent -- Cricket Australia (CA) today advises that Brad Haddin has been granted personal leave from his Australian team duties and is returning home from the West Indies for personal reasons.

New South Wales wicket-keeper/batsman Peter Nevill will join the squad in coming days and Brad’s return will be determined in due course.
