ST JOHN'S, ANTIGUA - Professor Bishop, a distinguished Guyanese jurist and former Chancellor was a former member of the WICB Disciplinary Committee.

WICB announces new contract with Gibson

 

St John’s, Antigua – The West Indies Cricket Board today announced that Ottis Gibson has signed a new contract as Head Coach.

The term of the contract is three years and will go to 2016.

WICB announces 2013 window for CPL

St John’s, Antigua – The West Indies Cricket Board today announced the 2013 window for the Caribbean Premier League (CPL).

The regional governing body announced that the inaugural season of the CPL will be played between July 29 and August 26 2013.

President hails victory over South Africa

St John’s, Antigua – President of the West Indies Cricket Board Dr. Julian Hunte has hailed the West Indies Women for their comprehensive series victory over South Africa in the recently concluded Twenty20 International series.

WICB to send cricket back to Guyana

GROS ISLET, ST LUCIA - International and regional cricket could return to Guyana later this year after the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) said it was pleased with the progress being made and the movement towards the normalisation of the administrative situation in Guyana.
