Whim Anglican win Inter-Schools Boys title

Port of Spain, Trinidad - Tobago’s Whim Anglican won their second Atlantic National Primary Schools Cricket League Inter-Schools Boys title in three years following a big 135-run win over Rochard Douglas Presbyterian in the final at Queen’s Park Oval, Port of Spain on Friday night.
The Tobago school also won the title in 2012.
On Friday Whim Anglican won the toss and took first strike, with West Indies cricketers and Atlantic Sports Ambassadors Sunil Narine, Kieron Pollard and Marissa Aguilera in the audience.
Whim posted 173 for six off their 25 overs with Player of the Match Joshua James, whose on-field feats figured prominently in 2012 for Whim’s first Atlantic title, scoring 28, Daryl Roberts hitting 26 and Gereed Louis making 33.
Rochard Douglas were dismissed for 38 all out.
