GEORGETOWN, Guyana -- The stage is set for an exciting six days of action as teams from across the region face off in the West Indies Cricket Board’s (WICB) President’s Cup One-Day Tournament. All the matches will be played in Guyana from Wednesday until the grand final on November 5.

JOHN'S, Antigua -- Steve Liburd has been named to captain the Leeward Islands in the upcoming West Indies Cricket Board’s President’s Cup limited-overs tournament which is slated to bowl off on Wednesday. The 24-year-old right-handed top-order batsman was confirmed as the Leewards named their 14-member squad for the week-long tournament in Guyana.

Sammy to lead Windwards in WICB President?s Cup

CASTRIES, St. Lucia -- Darren Sammy, the talented allrounder and West Indies Vice Captain, has been named as Captain of the Windward Islands for the upcoming West Indies Cricket Board’s President’s Cup One-Day Tournament in Guyana. He takes over from Rawl Lewis, the veteran leg-spinning allrounder who has represented the Windwards for close to two decades.
