Kingston, Jamaica - G.C. Foster College and the Mico University College will contest tomorrow's final of the UTech Knights Twenty20 cricket festival after both teams scored impressive wins over their rivals yesterday at the University of Technology (UTech).

In the opening game G.C. Foster had a big 68-runs win over hosts UTech Knights. Scores in the match were G.C. Foster 173 for 8, UTech 105 all out.

Orane Williams top-scored with 73 for G.C. Foster. Ransford Merchant, three for 21, was the top bowler for UTech.

STRUGGLE

In their turn at the crease, it was a struggle all the way for the home team. Gayle made 35 and Allen Powell, 28. Pete Salmon and Green both took two wickets for 17.

In the second semi-final, Antwain Simpson made 58 and Ramon Senior 34 as Mico reached a challenging 167 for seven. Garth Garvey took 3 for 36 for the Titans.

The Titans struggled early as, after being 40 for three off eight overs and 80 for five off 14, they ended with 115 for 8. Simon Jackson led the way with 26. Michael Bedward, two for 13, and Antwain Stephens, two for 21, got most wickets for Mico.
