KINGSTOWN, St Vincent -- Captain Darren Sammy hailed his team’s performance to win the second Digicel One-Day International on Sunday and is looking for the same level of commitment when they face the Australians in the third encounter on Tuesday.

Aussies axe Forrest; call up Lyon

Kingstown, St Vincent -- Batsman Peter Forrest has been dropped as Australia turns to a two-man spin attack for the third Digicel One-Day International against the West Indies.

Forrest, who made a duck in the five-wicket defeat to the Windies in the second ODI, has been axed in favour of spinner Nathan Lyon as the tourists seek their best options to reclaim the series lead on the slow Arnos Vale Cricket Ground pitch.

Roach enjoying work with new ball

Kingstown, St Vincent — Kemar Roach is pleased with his very good bowling performances against Australia so far as he kicked off the Digicel One-Day International Series. Roach, the out-and-out speedster used in the Windies attack for the first two Digicel ODIs, caused problems for the Aussies with the new ball in both matches and has so far captured four wickets at an average of 14 runs per wicket.
