Austin reaps benefits of overtime

Bridgetown, Barbados -- Ryan Austin is working overtime to stay on top of his game and he is reaping the rewards. The off-spinner had a 10-wicket match haul and was the hero last weekend as his Combined Campuses & Colleges beat Leeward Islands to get their first points of the Regional 4 Day tournament.

Clinical CCC spin out Leewards

CAVE HILL, Barbados, CMC – Ryan Austin undermined Leeward Islands’ batting for the second time in as many days, bowling Combined Campuses & Colleges to an innings and 15-run victory inside two days in the Regional 4-Day Tournament on Saturday.

The off-spinner grabbed five wickets for 52 runs from 10.5 overs, as Leewards, trailing by 128 on first innings, were dismissed for 113 in their second innings about 40 minutes after the lunch interval at the 3Ws Oval.

Leewards hit record low, CCC take lead

CAVE HILL, Barbados, CMC – Anthony Martin failed to trump fellow spinner Ryan Austin’s destructive spell that propelled Combined Campuses & Colleges to first innings points over Leeward Islands in the Regional 4-Day Tournament on Friday.
